Works perfectly, though they should have added anothet set of screws with taller plastic/metal "washers".In the picture I shared the item is the one sandwiched by the arm plate and the monitor. A taller plastic/metal washer will give it a little space to not to touch and put pressure on the back panel case

Sturdy and easy* to install. Just terrific!
This thing is sturdy as crap and it was super easy to install. One little hurdle, the incorrect hardware was included (no nuts or washers at all, possibly the wrong screws too), but I had some washers that worked fine so it was not a big deal.
