This product is really great and better than the other one I tried, and really works effectively, no harsh effects like Bloating or gas, no diarrhea, it works gently, and it took away all the sugar cravings I had ( I didn’t crave sugar a lot) but I was surprised how I didn’t crave anything, and I didn’t have the urge to nibble or eat from anxiety etc..‼️ I feel better, and it even helped with some lymphatic nodes around my clavicle ( below the collar bone ) I often have a blocked vessel & nodes near my armpit, and it cleared them out !!My gallbladder no longer feels full and inflamed with the several gallstones . The benefits of this are too numerous to even list here! It has helped my health in ways I didn't expect. The idea to do a liver cleanse started when I bought some really good digestive pills...that didn't work. Then I ran across literature that said if you're liver is overburdened, your digestion won't be good; apparently, it starts with a healthy liver. Having had headaches all my life and thus taking pain meds often, it seemed smart to do a liver detox. I put my husband on it too!I'll admit we only took one pill (instead of two) each morning. One is supposed to take on an empty stomach before eating, and the zinc can cause me a bit of nausea, so I fix breakfast quickly after taking.Other reviewers said it got rid of their bloating. This happened for us too! My stomach was not fat, but bloating made it look so. I got to the point I started buying tunic tops to hide my tummy -- but no more! I am more pleased about this than words will allow, especially now that it's summertime!I can tell my immunity has been boosted as well. I rarely get tummy-aches, headaches or hangovers anymore. My skin is healing itself too...There is so much more I could say, but try it for yourself, especially since the liver is the largest organ in the body and so important.Next we'll move on to a kidney cleanse...But if the benefits of this liver detox start to fade, I'll buy these again and take them indefinitely. P.S. The price was right too!

I think it helped, but watch out, I took it for too long, and it changed the pH of my urine, causing irritation in my nether regions. I wouldn't take for more than 2 weeks at a time because of this.

I really appreciate this natural product as I've noticed that it has really great cleansing properties. It helps me go regularly as an added bonus, which also helps to keep my skin breathable & very healthy. No negative side effects for me, & no complaints. The service & delivery time was excellent & very professional. I'll be ordering again in the future, as they do carry many choices of beneficial & natural health products.

I never have a issue swallowing pills they are large but easy to swallow. I took two pills a day following the directions but didn’t feel that they really worked like I would have liked I did have small poops the first day but nothing significant to brag about not a product I would repurchase. I do eat clean for the most part but love to cleanse and detox at least twice a month. I will stick to detox teas that work much better for me.
