Does it help with dark circles?

I first bought this item from Amazon July 8,2017 . This was not my first time using this product. It lasts a long time . I don't use it every day . But , I mainly purchased it because of the puffiness on my eyes. I looked at my eyes this morning ,and I don't see very much darkness . I don't think it would hurt to try . It really doesn't help the puffiness . I love the way it actually feels when you roll the metal ball around my eyes . The puffiness has a lot to do with what we eat.

Can this be used over the eyes for puffy eyelids

This works for my puffy eyelids & undereye puffiness. Like most skincare products, it's not going to create a miracle. But I do see a visible before & after difference when I use it. I makes me feel and appear more alert & awake.

Can I use it before applying my make up? Is it greasy or absorbs fast?

Absorbs fast definitely use before makeup

Is there any way to open this thing up to put more eye cream in it? So I can re use it?

There are rollers you can buy, people use them a lot for essential oil stuff. Probably not cream- based, but you could make your own liquid to put in them. I'm sure there are loads of recipes similar to this online. Just be careful with what you put around your eyes!
