Works great on a Prius Limited and Ford F-150
Great plug and play 12v adapter to monitor your car or truck charging system as well as the battery voltage. build quality is good and fits snugly into the socket. I've charged a few devices, like my cell phone and ear buds at a good charging rate. I didn't notice any warm to the touch while charging. Overall a great value, very functional.

Perfect Volt Display & Phone Charger
Excellent! Works perfect! Nice big display that is easy to glance at. Can check cold morning overnight battery voltage by turning the key to accessory just prior to stating, say 11.6 to 12.4 Volts will start engine just fine, and then after the engine starts and the alternator is running, you can see the alternator output at say 13.6 to 14.4 Volts. So right away every time you start up the car it’s easy to see that you have a good battery and alternator, OR you have a problem. Our Mercedes turns the Cigarette Lighter port ON & OFF with the ignition key, so we can leave it plugged in. Our older Ford 150’s Cigarette Lighter ports are always ON, so I have to pull the Display/Charger out before leaving the car.

I really like this product...VERY useful if you also want to add USB-C to your older vehicle
This seems to be a pretty solid product. The charging capability is 30 watts, using USB-A and USB-C (combined power). The voltage meter is VERY useful, as I only drive my truck about 5 miles (per trip). It lets me know what my battery health is. These short trips do not allow the alternator to properly charge the battery to its full capacity. This allows me to put my truck on a battery charger, when necessary...to maintain proper battery health. I'm retired, and my truck is not driven all that much. 77,000 miles....in 10 years.

Nice accurate volt meter with charger
Added this voltage meter to my older 2003 8.3 SD truck since I don’t have a voltage gauge. Works well ,the voltage is right where it should be with bran new batteries installed in vehicle. The charger really is quick on a iPhone . Looks decent and is accurate, check with volt meter

Good product, reasonable price, wish Green Display Version Were Available
This is a product review of the Jebsens USB C Car Charger Adapter with Voltage Display, 30W Cigarette Lighter KMD-KN318 A volt meter can be a really handy tool for diagnosing automotive electrical problems. If you know what you are doing, you can get a pretty good idea if your battery is dying, the alternator isn’t charging or similar. However, to detect problems, it helps if you know what is typical of your vehicle when it is working normally. So if you buy something like this, pay enough attention to it to know what normal is, before something goes wrong. For not much more than the cost of a typical cigarette lighter car charger, you also get a volt meter so that you can monitor your car’s electrical system. The unit works. Is rated at 30 Watts. Has both a USB-C and USB-A output with PD and QC support. Versions are available with both blue and red voltmeter displays. They also have an older version with dual USB-A ports. For most people today, one of the models with both the USB-C and the USB-A, is probably the right choice. But in a few years, as everything converts to USB-C, you may want a model with two USB-C ports. Hopefully, it will be available by then. Wish that they also offered this in a green display. Red normally indicates something is wrong. And the blue is just not a good color to quickly focus on and read. Even better would be a model, that had a green voltmeter display, and a bar graph between the numeric display and the USB ports. As the voltage went up, the graph would move from left to right. Even better, the bar graph could change color. It might be green as long as the voltage were in range. If it were slightly high or low, it might turn yellow. And if it were really high or really low, it might turn red. This way you could tell at a glance if it were out of range. Suitable Applications: Charging your cell phone or other electronics while monitoring your car’s electrical system. Pros: 30 Watts of power PD and QC support USB-C and USB-A outputs Fits most standardard cigarette lighter style outlets Cons: Not available with green voltmeter display. Update: Have now also purchased the red LED version. It is much easier to read than the blue LED version. However, red lights are typically used to indicate a problem.

The voltage display was my main interest for buying this unit, and it works very well.

This is the second device I’ve purchased. The previous one is over 4 years old and still going strong. Purchasing a second device for a second car was an obvious choice.

Plug and play simplicity to add a battery meter to your dash. If you have a handy cigar lighter on your dash, just plug in this accessory to have constant battery voltage displayed, and two charging ports, USB type C and Type A. In my case, I replaced my car battery after 16 years, but was not certain that the alternator was working properly. Adding this accessory was cheaper than having a mechanic test my charging system. When I turn the ignition key to accessory mode the cigar lighter receives voltage and the new meter gives me a digital readout of the battery strength. It should be close to 12 volts and must be at least 11 volts to crank the engine. After starting the car, the voltage reads 14.2V, which indicates the alternator is working properly. I continued to check these results for a few days to confirm. I recommend this product. It is small, the display is bright, and the USB chargers are convenient.
