The ring broke after 3 months of use
The stem is easy to reach and it does not hurt when removing. However, the ring broke after 3 months of use. I tried contacting the company to get it replaced, but the company told me they could not verify that the cup was legit and they could not do anything about it. Would not recommend due to the lack of guarantee that this product is original and good quality.

Thick and firm silicone, hard to insert, pull string design is helpful for removal
I've tried a few cups. Though the cup works as described. The silicone is the firmest and thickest ive ever tried, thus making it harder to insert than softer and thinner silicone cups. So insertion im not a fan of.Also not as comfortable to wear as other cups. even though i made myself get used to wearing it, i can definitely 'feel' it inside me than other softer/thinner cups. therefore, i dont feel like i can totally relax. However, maybe a woman with a bigger vagina or who has given birth vaginally would be fine with it.Definitely like the unique pull string design, id probably continue using it if the silicone was softer and thinner. The unique pull string does help to break the seal and pull it out (if you do it properly/with the right balance of force), so actually getting a good grip on the string to pull it out, was easier than other cups ive tried which have a small string tab which can be difficult to grab onto or keeps slipping. so the unique pull string design is a plus. However, I found that in order to get it out you still need to pull quite hard on the string (as with most cups) however due to the pull string design, if you pull too hard then you yank the string through the hole at the bottom of the cup, basically yanking the whole cup out and it makes a mess. (to explain the pull string construction: its attached at the top inside rim of the cup and travels down into a whole at the bottom of the cup where the circle pull part ends, and there's a notch near the top to prevent string going all the way through the hole and folding the cup in on itself)After a few tries, i managed once to get it out smoothly but this also required me baring down and pushing the cup out with my vaginal muscles whilst gently pulling the string. So if you're happy with that, and don't mind a bulky insert, then id say try it.

Brilliant design for easy removal
The Flex Cup is a must if you want to use menstrual cups but have difficulty removing traditional menstrual cups. I have small hands and a high cervix and with traditional 'high cervix' cups I needed very strenuous bearing down to even reach the stem and remove the cup. However, pulling the Flex Cup's stem break the cup's seal, so I only need to be able to reach the stem to remove the cup. It took a few goes to get the knack for insertion and removal without leakages. For insertion I had to stand and use a c fold to ensure the cup sealed, and for removal I had to relax my muscles while gently and continually pulling the tab in a straight line. I chose the full fit because of my high cervix. I am over 30 and have not had children. Periods are so much more comfortable now with the Flex Cup and period underwear.

Very different than average period cup and difficult insertion/removal for those inexperienced
I’m struggling with liking this cupFirst it’s super hard to insert . The softness and the pull tab make it extremely difficult to readjust after insertion in fear of releasing the suction and messing everything up.Next and probably the worst lol I started leaking and decided to use the bathroom and readjust. After peeing and bearing down a bit. The cup completely loses suction and blood starts pouring out of my body all while the cup is still inside. I’m mortified in a public bathroom wondering where it all went wrong lol I’ve also gone to remove the cup by using the pull tab and if you pull too hard the hole that the pull tab is in is now exposed and all the blood that had been collecting in your cup comes out. All.at.once. It’s horribleLastly, you definitely can’t poop in this cup. Any form of bearing down will start to push it out of you and I have already feared twice it would fall out into the toilet🤦🏾♀️I consider myself a novice cup user and I’ve heard nothing but great things about this cup but there is definitely a huge learning curve

Uncomfortable for me but good design.
It worked and didn't leak, but was difficult to insert due to the extra bulk from the central rod, and even the slim fit was too wide to comfortably remove. On the upside, once in it was quite comfortable. Just insertion and removal was really uncomfortable. The break seal design worked well.
