Great for a home gym! The floor is firm enough, that it can be used for squatting etc.

Floored a 30sq/m area with these (2 packs). They go together easily, I used duct tape on the underside to hold 4 tiles together just for a little extra durability/stability.Very comfortable to walk on, heavy items do leave a dent but the mats reform to original state after a few days.Very happy :)
