This product is well made, easy to put on and off, easy to move when wearing and gives immediate relief. I bought knee and ankle sized, and the sizing chart was accurate for me. The wrap is icy cold for 5-10 minutes, then begins to warm up, but I found it remains cool for about 45 minutes. I broke an ankle last fall and I wish I'd had several of these to help with swelling back then. If you are recovering from surgery or have a great deal of swelling which requires constant icing, I'd buy several of these so you can swap them out. So much easier than ice packs or some of the other Velcro wraps. Only con might be difficult to use with a cast, but absolutely awesome once cast is removed.

After tearing my meniscus in my knee, I had to ice it a lot. The bags kept slipping and leaking. Had to apply ice to the medial side and the anterior aspect of the knee. Requiring 2 sessions with the ice bag. This gel sleeve gets 360 degree treatment. My neighbor who had a total knee replacement saw mine and bought one. Loves it. It is real cold out of the freezer for direct skin contact, I put it on my forearm for a minute to warm up and then it is perfect. Rechills very quickly.

He will never sit still long enough for a bag of ice. This adds compression and cold for his elbow. It stays soft also. Perfect for post workout treatments.

I have been having a lot of issues with tennis elbow due to a tendon injury. It was difficult to keep an ice pack on my elbow. So when I saw this I had to try it. It is absolutely amazing. I can’t believe how well it works. As you can see if the picture, I also bought the wrist pack. The only con is it only last about 10-15 minutes. I wished it lasted about 20 min. But it’s extremely cold when you first put it on. So glad I found it. It’s helped a lot already with my recovery.

Omg love it, wish i got one sooner. Fridge or freezer and holds cold 20 to 30 minutes. Even in feezer its soft and flexible. Light. Can out it on and do chores .
