Repetitive
Its ok but very repetitive to do each day and kids are uninterested after 1st day. It’s the same thing everyday…write 3 things you are grateful for.

Great journal for all
I ordered one of these each for my daughters, age 6 and 9. They really like them and look forward to completing them every day. I like that it helps them to recall what we’ve done that day and for them to be grateful for the little things and not always the big trips and presents! It’s also good that you can draw a picture in the bottom box instead of having to write, which is great when they are tired after a long day

Much needed
Like most parents, I don't get much details from my child about her day in school (which she is not the biggest fan of), that is why I purchased The 3 Minute Gratitude Journal. She is happy to write in this journal that also helps her to be positive about her experiences, so she practices writing and mindfulness and I get to know more about her day.

Great for encouraging kids’ positive mindset!
Love this book ...so much I’ve brought five of them and have recommended this to friends! It’s great to get your children to switch their attitude to thinking about the blessings in the day instead of just moaning about everything that didn’t go their way!!! It also gives you as a parent the opportunity to see what’s on your children’s minds/ what’s happening in their day and gives potential for bonding conversations! Great price and great customer service too!

Excellent
Great idea and my son has really taken to it. He uses it daily and I have found that it really has helped him to be more grateful. I bought this because he was moaning a lot about the lockdown for the pandemic and not having enough to do, missing his friends etc. I understand how hard it is for him but I wanted him to be more mindful about what he has compared to other children in the world. We had a discussion about how lucky he is to have an xbox, regular meals, a loving family etc and that he should appreciate every day that he has good health and the ability to find things to play even if it is without his friends, as some children in the world live in places they can't feel safe enough to play. He's been doing really well at finding things to be grateful for daily and he says that the book and writing every day has helped him to see what is good and that it makes him feel happier. And he always reads to me what he has written. A great reminder to kids to be thankful and mindful. Highly recommend!
