Nothing like repairing shipping damage to make the item useable.
The cart frame looks ok, but the axle brackets are not very sturdy. One axle bracket was bent badly during shipping. I had to straighten it before assembly. The brackets need stiffener added or redesigned. The shipper needs to place more foam or packing material in the box.
