I have used similar products before; those are 14 days supply and expensive. This one works same as those and price is also low (capsule quantity wise). I would recommend buying this one instead of other colon cleanser. Make sure you take it before sleep and with lots of water, otherwise you will know hahaha

These do not make my body cramp up. I normally get relief within 6 hrs. There is no taste but they are a little hard to swallow for me. I have to drink 1&1/2 cups of water before the lump in my throat goes away. This really works so the amount of water is not discouraging me from taking this pill. Helped when I got sick to remove it from my body quickly taking 2 twice a day.

Effective cleanse. Does not leave your stool watery or coming down off and on. You can plan the action. For my body it takes about 6 hours to truly kick in so I can plan the event. No running back and forth to the bathroom. I recommend putting this in your regimen weekly/monthly to detox. Drink with plenty of water to be most effective (30 oz or more).

I love these, I have always had a problem with constipation, these are the only pills that help. I would’ve given 5 stars but the shipping takes to long.
