Aweome Machine. Make the job a lot easier. I wanted to give this 4 start because I used on our hardwood floor and it wipeout the shine from the floor due to the heat from the steam. But, other the hardward floor it is a an awesome product works on pretty much everything. It is one of our must have machine now. We love it and recommend it for sure!

👍🏼 I purchased this unit a month ago. I tried it today. I am so glad I did not go with the small hand held (Homeowner Grade Units) WAGNER did not disappoint. Once again another great product from Wagner. For my test run I only added 8 oz of distilled water. The force of the steam was nothing short of amazing. I tried it on my stainless steel cook top, and the back wall tile. Worked as I was hoping for. I purchased this unit to clean the tile grout in my shower room. The entire room is floor to ceiling tile. Including the ceiling. Being there is very little air movement in the room, I have Black Mold in the grout lines on the ceiling tile. I know the best way to remove the mold is with steam. I will be wearing a respirator so not to breathe in any mold spores. I am sure my lungs are happy to hear that. In college I had a class in Microbiology. I know what damage mold spores can have and decrease your quality of life. Again WAGNER produced another great product. I have their Heat Gun and it works as well now as when I purchased it over twenty-five years ago.

This product has been great for cleaning our floor using the brass brush extension. My wife had tried almost everything and couldn’t clean these tiles to be like new again. It does take a lot of elbow grease but makes a huge difference and has great steam pressure.

This canister style steam cleaner got its first workout yesterday, and it performed very well. I used distilled water, and followed the instructions about giving it time to warm up. Once the orange light went out, it was ready. I pulled the trigger and WOW! So much steam that you had to wait for it to clear before you could see past it! I used the round nylon brush on the grout between the floor tiles in our walk-in shower. With few passes of steam & elbow grease, I was really surprised how well the steamer did at cleaning the grout. I used the angled narrow attachment to spray the shower head nozzles, and it did a good job clearing some that were clogged by mineral deposits from our water supply. The 40 oz tank capacity lasts quite a while, but when it runs out, you need to let it cool down 30 minutes before you can go again. I think this is because it gets really hot (you can feel the heat in the steam hose). I used the steamer 3 times, letting it rest 30 minutes in between each use. It worked great every time, with no pauses in the steam flow. The power cord is heavy duty and very long. I estimate its about 17 or 18 feet long. There is on-board storage for the smaller attachments, but the plastic lid is not well designed. When I first opened the package and inspected the steam, the lid came off the hinges when I opened it. It was a little bit difficult to get the lid back onto plastic hinges correctly. Knowing that this is a plastic body that will get hot from each use, I expect the plastic hinges will also get brittle over time; only time will tell. Complaints? None. Suggestions? Yes. I wish more attachments were made for this unit, like a small flat scrapper to work soap scum off tiles, or some kind of small brush that can fit into tight shower corners. Finally, I'll tell you to use ear protection if you're using the unit in the house. When the unit ran out of steam, I noticed my hearing was weakened - very much like when I'd leave the arena where I just heard a rock concert. You don't notice how it's affecting your hearing until it's over.

So great really works very good.steamed cleaned my sofa and wow, like new. When useing other attachment I recommend to spray first in a bucket so the water spills out first, after that steam away.
