Q: Does anyone know how to change the settings of the coffee grinder? I received my box, with no instructions. I want grind espresso beans.

The coffee bean grinder is manual, much like a pepper mill. Open the mill in the center or middle and reset the mill by twisting the screw mounted cylinder. Make it tight for fine or loose for other grades of beans you like. View the grounded beans through the portals at the base.

Q: Is the kettle electric?

No, the kettle is not electric.

Q: Is the carafe double walled?

I don't know. The glass is thick, not sure if double walled.
