You should keep soaking your piercing with saline - this is not a replacement for cleaning with saline! After you soak and pat the piercing dry, then apply a tiny bit of the oil to your piercing bump (keloid). Also - make sure your jewelry is titanium, as all other metals (including gold and stainless steel) will leach a bit of nickel, causing irritation. First, make sure your new jewelry is TITANIUM, as all other metals (including gold and stainless steel) leach nickel and cause redness, irritation, pus and bumps (keloids).
