So far so good
So far I am getting decent pictures with this, pings to my phone sometimes that takes a couple extra minutes but that's okay. Overall for what I needed/wanted this for I am content with it. I have not had to contact customer service for anything but I was able to set up my account easily.

Terrible customer service 3 out of four quit working within a month
When I first purchased the cameras all of them worked perfectly. One quit working within a week and another the next week. Now only a little over a month in three of the four are not sending any pictures. I have called and emailed customer support multiple times with little to no response. Over a week now and no resolution to the issues I'm having. The price point is good I guess, but you get what you pay for.

BEWARE WHICH SD CARD YOU PURCHASE!!
These cameras require a sd card be installed. The cards must be NO MORE then 32Gb and cannot be a mini sd. None of this information is included in the manual, causing me to waste 2 trips to Walmart.

BEWARE! Customer Service is non-existent!!
You won’t get service after the sale. If you plan on having more than 3-4 cameras, select another brand. I’ve got 20 of these on my place in the last 6 months. I’ve got a lot invested in these cameras and the plan. 2 cameras have quit responding after 2 months in the field and I can’t get customer service to assist me in getting them repaired or replaced. It’s like they got me by the balls so they don’t need to assist me now.

Will never connect
No matter what brand of batteries you out in, no matter what brand of sd card you put in, this camera will simply never work. It is impossible to actually connect. There is no customer service either. You can spend hours calling and calling but there will be no answer. May get lucky and have one of your dozen calls answers, but you will be but on hold until they hang up. Call back and there will no longer be an answer. Ask for a refund via email and there will be no answer. Save your money and your time. Don’t buy
