Q: Does anyone know how to wash this? since i received it, it has so much dirt still and i don’t know what else to do with this?

It is advisable to disinfect natural sponges and loofah on a regular basis, usually every 2-3 weeks if used daily: Rinse the natural sponge or loofah under a cold running water. Soak the sponge or loofah in a small bowl filled with 2 tablespoons of vinegar to each liter of water. Leave to soak for 2 hours. Remove from the bowl and squeeze to remove excess liquid. Set out to dry on a clean surface, such as the bathtub. Use again. The sponge or loofah should be as good as new.

Guys. No need to be rude. Sea sponges are creatures. Loofah or luffa is a type of vegetable. I think that is where your question came from. If not, lets just spread the info!

Q: When you cut it into smaller pieces, how do you store the other pieces? Does it dry back up?

It comes whole and flat. Took a pair of sizzors and cut off a piece then left rest in bag for storage. Once hydrated the piece I cut off took on natural shape.
