BALLARINIPARMA by HENCKELS 2-pc Nonstick Pot and Pan Set, Made in Italy, Set includes 10-inch and 12-inch fry pan

I bought these pans on the recommendation of a chef who used them regularly. I had been looking for a pan to use EVERY morning for hash browns, and with a safe cooking surface. I thought that this larger of the two pans in the set, was IT. After a few weeks of use, the finish started to come off (and we know where those pieces ended up) and I've not used it at an unsafe high heat for it, just for frying hash browns. I did ask the chef if his pans reacted this way and they didn't. It's my fault for not contacting Amazon about this during the return period. I am stuck with it and it's going into the trash. I will contact the manufacturer, but I'm not expecting to get an answer or a replacement. Just be aware.

I LOVE my pans. I had bought a smaller pan at another vendor and HAD to have more. I love the look of the pans, they are so nice looking sitting on the stove. I have never had a non stick pan that was truely non stick, I use very little oil or other lubricant. I have NEVER had anything stick to the pan. What I love the most is the fact that it is the same texture even on the bottom, so it is sooooo easy to clean. It looks as good today at the day I bought them. Highly recommend them to everyone.

These are BY FAR the best fry pans we've ever owned and used.PROS: First of all, they are truly non-stick. We've cooked a variety of items and nothing has stuck to the surfaces of these pans thus far. Usually, I can rinse 90% of the residue off before even taking a dishcloth to them. Secondly, they lie flat which means that eggs and similar items don't tend to run to the outside edges as they did on some of our other non-stick wear. Third, they distribute heat very evenly so items cook well regardless of their location on the surface. Finally, the temperature indicator on the handle is a nice touch too.CONS: As others had noted in their reviews, both pans arrived slightly deformed which suggests that the packing from the factory isn't as effective as it needs to be for handling. But applying two-handed pressure with both thumbs, I was gradually able to reshape them into a more acceptably round shape. Also, they tend to hold heat, which is good for cooking, but it also means that you need to allow more cooling time before washing them since the manufacturer warns that immersion while too warm might affect the granite finish. On occassion, this has slightly delayed cleanup, but it has not proven to be a big deal. And the nice little temp indicator gives a visible indication of when they are cool enough to wash.

Just got the pans for my daughter’s birthday. One is dented and the other’s handle is loose and cannot be tightened any further. Super bummed about this.

I can not adequately describe how much I LOVE these pans. I've used pans like them several times while staying at a Wyndham Resort and always loved them so my son bought be some for Mother's Day. NOTHING sticks to these pans and even when there is any residue left in the bottom after cooking, they easily wipe clean with a wet paper towel or wash cloth. THE.BEST.PANS.EVER!!!!
