Heavy weight. Perfect square shape. Excellent for baking.

Love this pan, it bakes evenly and is a perfect size for my cakes and slices

Nothing else to say. Interior coating was scratched on the corners…

Product came damaged. On one side of the inside part the coating is already scrapped, and there is a line formed just where the mold is folded, and it’s a little bit dent too. There are also two small scratches under.

Para mí esta es la mejor marca para hornear, no se le pega absolutamente nada y muy fácil de limpiar, incluso con alguna servilleta sin usar agua funciona. Estoy encantada. El material es grueso y pesado en comparación a otros que no pesan nada. Ahora solo compro moldes de esta marca. Calidad 10/10.

Rather disappointed with the quality of the product as the cover could not be closed properly due to misalignment . Hope something can be done about the shoddy quality as I had bought it for the cover .

When I first received this pan my impression was that it was not well made. I was wrong. It's handmade and I confused that with not well made. It's not a perfectly manufactured stone pan that you might see at Nordstroms of Sur La Table, but it is extremely well made. I decided to keep it figuring that it would be a back up pan. It quickly became my go-to pan for all things baking. The heat distribution and non-stick performance are best in class. I accidentally cracked it under the broiler - treatment that no ceramic or stone pan can withstand. Totally my fault. So I immediately bought a replacement. I highly recommend this pan!!!

This works so well! No more burnt edges and undercooked centers. I've made evenly-cooked cake and pumpkin bread in it several times. I still butter the sides, but the cakes/breads slide right out... not even sticking a little, making it very easy to clean. Probably could do without buttering the sides, but a little butter never hurt.
