Rubie's Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Groot Shoulder Accessory

This was a neat extra accessory we got for Halloween. It is adjustable for adults or kids and works as promised. It is hard to get Groot to sit straight up, but it served it's purpose and looked awesome!

I knew from the pictures that Groot looked good, but I was really pleased when I got him. I supposed that he would be made of hollow plastic or something of the sort, but he is actually made of dense foam (but not heavy wear). And although the description says that it is designed for children or young teens, the straps are ample in length and adjustable so adults can wear him too. He is really nicely painted as well, and just adorable. I'm supposed to be a pirate for Halloween at work, and instead of the usual boring parrot, I'm going the geek route. Yes...that's the reason that I bought him (I'm sticking to that!)

I bought this little guy to use in my Christmas tree rather than as a costume piece - I wrapped him up in lights and glued a santa hat to his head. The elastic straps on it made it perfect for keeping him in place. It's a great addition to my nerdy tree!

My son wanted to be Rocket from Guardians of the Galaxy for Halloween. While shopping for his costume, this came across as a suggestion. It's adorable! It fit over his costume kind of like a set of butterfly wings would, but the elastic was off center to be comfortable on a shoulder. He was able to wear it all day at school and all evening while trick or treating and was comfortable the whole time. He got great compliments too! I highly recommend this for your Rocket and Groot fan!
