Got this from Amazon warehouse. Slight damage on the outside box as described but otherwise brand new product inside. Excellent value. Easy to use. Is pretty heavy but it is on wheels making it easy to move on hard floors, carpets you may have to lift. In a confined space it will produce a bit of heat and make the room warm. It’s not too noisy, haven’t run it in the bedroom overnight but have had it running whilst watching tv and it’s not too bad. The night mode, however, is considerable quieter. The performance is excellent. Was caught in a downpour: jeans, trainers, jumpers soaked through. Maybe 7pm. Popped everything in the bathroom and put this on continuous and was all bone dry by the next morning. You will honestly be surprised at the amount of moisture this removes!

Quick delivery easy to set up but lead only stretches from bedroom plug inside bedroom to outside door.Dries clothes on upstairs hall bannister and clothes airer overnight or by lunch next day. No odours.Not quiet can hear wind rushing noises but not uncomfortable noise.When bedding, towels and clothes drying overnight tank full by morning. Clothes benefit from being turned.Brilliant way to dry towels after showering and drying self by placing towels over the bannisters, so can use for longer.When no clothes drying, tank half filled daily and my house isn't damp.Very addictive equipment seeing how much water in tank.Clears bathroom condensation.Air in household feels dryer but can't explain how. Just feels good.More than adequate to manage 3bed and bathroom plus toilet upstairs. 12ltr tank.Excellent purchase would very much recommend.

Bought this to dehumidify the room we dry the laundry, and because it is more energy efficient than many (in par because it's smaller).Does the job, laundry setting runs at full speed, normal runs about half power. It helps dry the clothes by keeping the air from saturating.It's reasonably quiet. The receptacle is a bit small but it's not been a major issue, just empty a bit more often. There's a cover on the bin than minimises water spills when removing it, but sometimes a little does escape. To be honest any device would find it hard to remove 2 litres without some sloshing around, I don't think it's major issue.It has never leaked of its own accord.

Excellent, humidity level control, we set it at 55 for steady discharge, functional, easy to use, comes with pipe that can be fitted for direct discharge of water to a large container, unit is placed higher to facilitate gravitional discharge of water, Intend to buy another for upstairs In the winter.

This is a lovely quiet machine and not too big . moves perfectly on castors to any room. Really pleased with it . Does a great job . Bought it mainly for when I’m drying washing indoors

Amazing! I have a basement flat and you can tell the difference it has made in just a week. No more damp smell. Very easy to use. Very good at drying clothes too. Very good design and easy to move around with it's wheels

The dehumidifier is easy to use and a great addition to cycle of washing and drying laundry. It has significantly reduced condensation from rooms when in use and most importantly it helps to dry machine washed clothes. I don't have access to drying clothes outside, so I have always dried clothes on clothes racks or use my dryer. My dryer is too expensive to use regularly so I bought this dehumidifier to help dry clothes. Clothes on drying racks usually take several days to dry in my house. But when I use this dehumidifier it can dry my clothes within 24hours. Sometimes it can dry clothes overnight. It always surprises how good it works and how much water it collects. Just to clarify, clothes are still placed on clothes racks, but I will turn the dehumidifier on in the same room as the clothes, close the doors and windows in the room and leave the dehumidifier on. The dehumidifier is cheap to run. I hope to buy another one in the future, to use upstairs in bedrooms while my other dehumidifier dries my clothes.

This has transformed the way I dry my washing, wish I had bought one years ago. Speeds up dry time and stops the house being full of condensation. Not too big, sits in the corner of the room, not noisy, cheap to run.
