This is just an outstanding read. As usual, David and Tim have extensively footnoted each chapter with reliable original sources or accounts. I consider myself very knowledgeable on the American founding, and regardless I learned something new in every chapter. The stark contrast between the FACTS in this book and the slanted opinion that is being taught in our schools shows how miserably our children are being indoctrinated into an "America is evil" mindset.Read a chapter at a time. If you only read the chapter on Columbus, you will be forever changed.

I'm not going to go into a long review. I bought this book, read it, and was so impressed, I purchased 24 copies to give to others so they would have the knowledge, and enlightenment I got from reading this book.Why don't we teach this in our schools?If you love America, then you need to read this book.

In a day of historical misinformation, sources are everything. This author has expertly sourced this book. I enjoyed reading and learning this material so much I began to doubt it could be true. So I bought a handful of original sources he cited to look up the material myself. I was pleasantly surprised and encouraged. The stories in this book are backed up by real historical sources read in their appropriate contexts. Everyone in America needs to read this book.

I love to see the loons that are verified buyers say it’s horrible. Fortunately there’s only one and I’m sure as usual he’s wrong again. This book is great. It’s well researched and it’s too bad things like this aren’t taught in schools any more

Great short reviews to get the real point of America's true history. Gave it to a grandson in the eighth grade and in private catholic school and glad to hear he is getting more of the real truth, not what most hear today
