I love this cookies, I wish the seller will do q bit of a better job on packaging since every time they arrive half of the package is broken.

It's unbelievable that they sent these cookies with no protection whatsoever. They just put them in a poly mailer and call it a day. Most of them came broken. They taste the same, yes, but there's no way I can gift or share my favorite Chilean cookies with anybody in this state. And they are not refundable so buy them at your own risk.

I'm very disappointed. We love these cookies! These were purchased for gift baskets. The packaging person should be fired. They were packaged in a paper envelope with no support. They are all crumbled. They cannot be given as a gift!
