I found it very easy to connect the Bluetooth to my surface pro 7. After charging the keyboard for the first time it lasted for almost 3 weeks. I use my tablet everyday for school and work. i was very impressed by that.

Money wasted! It won’t charge so it is useless. Tried multiple times, different charges, and even with a new surface today and it still does not work. I can’t seem to contact the company to return or replace either. It’s nice and seems sturdy, just wished it worked!

Out of all the keyboards I’ve used for my surface pro this was by far my favorite! It was easy to set up and use. The Bluetooth connection was good. The keyboard wasn’t loud, but soft when typing.

When this keyboard connects, it works well. HOWEVER (it's a big "however") the connectivity of the device is very finicky. With other Bluetooth devices, you turn on your device and it automatically connects to the computer. With this keyboard, I have to MANUALLY connect the device EVERY SINGLE TIME I turn on my computer. It's very cumbersome. And because it has been previously registered as a device on the computer, you have to remove it and re-connect it as if it was a new device. Many times, the computer does not recognize it and has difficulty connecting. When I need the computer in a pinch, I don't even bother connecting my keyboard because I can spend 5-10 minutes fiddling with the connection of the keyboard. I just use my soft touchscreen keyboard, which defeats the purpose of having the keyboard in the first place. I really had high hopes with this keyboard because I had a similar one that connects SUPER SEAMLESSLY, but unfortunately, this product becomes so much for of a hassle than what it's worth

I was afraid keyboard would not fit my surf pro or that it wouldn’t function but it works beautifully! Very happy with the purchase!

It was a bit hard to connect the bluetooth at first but it was because i didn't check the keyboard thourghly. It works like a charm, I do sometimes have to press the on button twice before it turns on.

This is NOT a "wireless" keyboard. While not pictured in the spiel, there's a cable that charges the keyboard from the USB slot on the Surface Pro.My Surface Pro, suddenly, stopped working. I tried everything including taking it to Microsoft. No good! Eventually, I had to buy another Surface Pro.Today, a thought occured to me and I connected the keyboard of the new Surface Pro to my older one. Lo presto! It started working again!What this tells me is that this keyboard has a problem and that problem drove me up the bloody wall, wasted my time - and money.NOT IMPRESSED!

Mouse pad failed after 10 days of use.

Excellent - On/off switch on Keyboard. Like a standard issue windows keyboard (identical) but with more features. Value!

Very good product

I bought this for my surface pro 7 and I've charged it for about 15 hours now and it WONT TURN ON!

This product worked great for a year after purchase, now it seems to lag when typing, often when you press keys, it wont work or it will double or triple type that key. Could someone tell me if they found a fix for this. (im currently using it with full charge and power cable plugged in)
