Got black mold? You need this.
This is an incredible product for finding and killing bacteria and mold. It will foam up whenever it finds it.As far as chemicals go, this is a very safe product and will not hurt you lungs while it foams out dirt, bacteria, mold, blood, etc. Note: Better wear gloves. This is not your average peroxide. It will burn the bacteria out of your skin and turn it white.

Didn’t perform well
Didn’t work as well as I had hoped. Removed some of the mildew stain from tub grout with use of a grout scrub brush but most stain remained even after four treatment. Not worth the price

Removed spots as well as Cleaned and was a Disinfectant
I used the product to clean off mold and mildew stains on painted block in a basement. I also used it to remove water marks on wood paneling and (hollow) wood doors. I put some in a large spray container with a wand and used a brush on a long handle to scrub the walls and also put some in a small spray bottle to hit small areas and a hand brush to work the solution in. It worked like a charm on the mold and mildew staines and also helped lift and lighten the water marks on the wood. Some wood areas had multiple applications.

Gets the job done
My go to product cleaning up mold stains. My most recent order was received damaged but the company remedied it quickly. Will continue to order from them.
