As a certified personal trainer, I've had several clients come to me who have been working on hypertrophy for years without the results they have been wanting. Many have asked me about these bands, so I began doing some research for them. After looking at several brands of these, I chose to try out the KOALA Bands because they are not bulky and they are also black and white which match pretty much everything I wear at the gym (yes, that matters to me, lol). First time I tried them, I fell in love with the pump that they gave me. Not only was the pump amazing but they were actually comfortable to wear, not bulky at all. I had a major arm pump my first arm day, and was surprised that I didn't even have to lift as much as I normally do to get the same effect, if not a BETTER effect while lifting. It was intense! Then when I tried them on my leg day, it was AWESOME. The pump was INSANE! I only had time for a quick 30 minute workout, but by the time I was done, my legs were massive and the intensity of the workout was major. I included a picture to show how incredible it was! I'm now recommending these to ALL of my clients who are seeking hypertrophy and will be including these as a necessity for ladies who take my glute classes.

Excellent product

I have used the Kaatsu, and currently own the B-strong, and the Koala (and have tried others, which I don't currenlty use.)I like the precision of being able to use the pressure cuff of the B-strong, and use these predominantly when I am at the gym. However, when I travel, or when I run, or do some other exercise I use the Koala bands.Now that I 'know' what various pressures feel like (by using the B-strong), I will often use the Koala bands as well at the gym.These Koala bands are narrow and elastic (qualities needed for safe BFR to avoid complete occlusion), and are well designed. Each generation or iteration of the bands gets better and better. (e.g. placement of the velcro, the buckle design, etc).Each of these bands has their purpose, and the Kaatsu and the B-strong are well researched. The Koala is well designed with the features needed for a functional and safe device. I don't need to look any further. Keep up the good work.

So I can’t leave a review abt durability over time but i can say that it does it’s job! I was able to increase my weight + have a sick pump during my workout ! Not everything lasts forever so for the people that complain abt how long they use gym products for … you SHOULD be replacing it at least every 3-6 months depending how much you workout anyways, it’s called wear &’ tear🤷🏼‍♀️. I’ll be back to leave a updated review abt how long it lasts with regular use but for the most part, totally worth the purchase. Was amazing, not uncomfortable &’ really enhanced my workout. Definitely recommend!
