The directions were very clear and easy to follow, and the process itself didn’t take long. After one full descaling cycle, I could immediately tell a difference. My machine ran smoother, brewed faster, and my coffee tasted noticeably better. Pros: – Easy to use with clear instructions – Worked well after just one cycle – Improved taste and brewing performance – No strong or lingering chemical smell Cons: – You do need to rinse thoroughly afterward (as expected with any descaler) Overall, this did exactly what it was supposed to do and made my machine feel like new again. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who regularly uses a coffee or espresso machine.

Todo excelente con éste producto, no he tenido problema con la descalcificación de mi máquina. En cuanto se enciende la luz, le hago el mantenimiento correspondiente y la luz desaparece. Es un poco costoso, sin embargo no es un producto que requieras usar tan seguido.
