I am a massage therapist and find that this extra large tool fit my hand easily and it has reduced hand fatigue.

Like another reviewer, I have very small hands, but I liked the idea of some of the weight of the device doing the work, so I ordered the "large" size. I don't think I would even want a smaller version of this massage tool. It fits in my palm perfectly, and the weight saves my fingers. I have a disorder called Dercum's Disease, and the only thing that eases my pain is massage, but my hands and fingers just can't stand the constant strain. This device is perfect, and it is small enough to take with me when I overnight at family homes. This is an incredibly simple design and very effective with the flatter side being good for "scraping" large muscles, the two opposite fingers for deep pinpoint massage, and the edges of the flat side if a very small pinpoint massage is needed. I very much appreciate this tool.

This star really gets into the knots.

I’m obsessed with this thing. My son’s athletic trainer recommended this when he was having some muscle cramps in his legs. But, this has become my favorite tools for relieving the knots I have in my shoulder blades!

I like this massage tool. I actually bought it for my husband so he could use it on my back (I have a million knots). The tool has good heft to it. The only thing is it's very hard, so you have to be careful that you don't grip it too hard or else you'll hurt your hand. My husband uses this on occasion for me, but I still get a better massage when he uses his hands (and thumb) rather than this tool. Still, this tool is good for holding on trigger points so you don't wear out your fingers, thumbs, or knuckles.
