Catalyst

THis book is very intriguing to read and i would suggest others to have a go at it. The book is not that long so you can have a go at it without much thinking and the advices that you will get in this book will only be beneficial to you. In this book, the author clearly puts all his life's experiences with luck and emotions while making some big decisions. Don't take it as your normal management or self help book but it's a book that's going to teach you valuable life lessons through his views. I was very impressed with the presentation of some ideas like doing things which would make your future self proud.ie. TMRR and not worrying about things that are not under your control.

I got a catalyst in my daily activities and started to read more books and it has indeed started a catalyst in my life !

Excellent read, Very well articulated and connects the reader to his core! must read for budding professionals and especially people in their mid way of careers. Knowing the author personally I could see he lived these principles and always had a great team around him. Very simple principles that are time tested and being practiced by many successful people around us.

The book arrived in perfect condition so kudos to amazon delivery. But the book is awful. Mediocre writing. Repitition. I could hardly get through the first chapter.

Pros:1. Personal experience and wisdom really reflected in the writing.2. Loads of usable tips and techniques for productivity improvement.3. Touches upon value systems to be inculcated when in the higher management.Cons:Couldn't think of any.Verdict:Recommended as a self help book under Management category.
