This is a great hydrating serum best for all types of skin. If you have a cold sore it will help heal it.

L Lysine seems to help prevent fever blisters.
I am using it twice a day as a preventive measure for fever blisters along with 3,00 mg of L Lysine tablets and topical DMSO. So far so good.

This is the only ointment that has worked for me. Abreva and Carmax don't seem to make a difference after a blister has already formed but this one seems to work even after.
