50 Lead ingots 50 Plus LBS

Arrived well packaged. As described.

I was a bit worried because of previous reviews, until I noticed that they were 2 to 6 years old! I was hopeful that the seller had made the necessary 'changes' and sure enough the "product" is exactly as advertised. I received my lead quickly and appropriately packaged to withstand the rigors of shipment; that is, it was packaged in a right sized USPS Flat Rate box. I opened it to find 4 smaller boxes marked with 15, 15, 10 and 10 to indicate the weight of the lead bars in each small box. Further, each small box and the large, outer box was well wrapped in real, reinforced packaging tape. Total actual weight was 51.2 pounds. I tested the lead and it was 99.9% pure lead. I then made some bullets and they were perfect, even better I added a bit of flux only to get the tiniest amount of dross on the tip of my dross collector. I will buy this again! Fantastic, clean lead and fast shipping!

Clean and perfect size for my 20lb Lee melting pot. Making .44 cal balls for a black powder revolver. My 50 lbs came in one box so it was heavy!

It's a couple pounds lighter than advertised, but I am happy with the purchase

Ugly, I don't think there's two ingots that are the same size. So stacking is awkward. But they sent more pounds of good lead than advertised.

Not pure lead, some is wheel weight lead that is high in zinc, tin, and antimony. If you want pure soft lead this won't work but for fishing weights and lures it is perfect.

Really dirty. Very random sizing on the bars. Nothing like the picture. Horrible. A lot more skimming the top before you pour. Will be getting my lead from another supplier. Only changed to this one because I can get 50# instead of 30#. Never again.

for fishing lures, ammunition, and non chemistry projects looks like exactly what i expected. all around great attention to detail from seller. cant wait to start getting around to my projects.
