Long Review but honest and A++++
LONG REVIEW BUT THOROUGH: I have purchased the Hello Cider 60 CT Wipes, the individually packaged Cider wipes and the Cider Hyrosol toner. This is my own review and I purchased these wipes without incentive.I have fair skin, an oily t-zone and since pregnancy I have Rosacea [w. papules] on my cheek and chin area. My cheeks can be dry and are very sensitive to EVERYTHING and my t-zone easily breaks out because it's oily. I use a medicated cream [Ivermectin 1%] for my cheeks that keeps the Rosacea at bay.I have been searching for a cleansing wipe as an alternative to using water + cleanser because water at any temp on a daily basis seems to throw my skin out of whack and irritate the Rosacea and acne despite trying various highly recommended products. Once a week I do a deep cleansing routine with charcoal + green tea + tea tree oil on my t-zone. I have used several other wipes such as Baby Aveeno oatmeal wipes and various organic cleansing wipes with mixed results. They didn’t irritate but my skin also didn’t feel fully clean or my skin would get oily or dry or look dull after a few days. I do use a doctor-prescribed eye wipe to remove makeup because I have ocular Rosacea.Enter Hello Cider….My first purchase was the individual wipes and I really liked the type of material used - it was smooth and similar to what hand wipes would use and very good for sensitive, Rosacea prone skin. The smell was pleasant – I like Apple Cider so that scent doesn’t offend me and the Vanilla really comes through. I would use them morning and in the evening as part of my normal routine. Within a few days of regular use I noticed a big difference in my skin. My skin tone evened out, the oiliness was reduced, my cheeks weren’t dry, my break-outs cleared up and overall my skin looked great. I have stopped wearing any make-up aside from eye make-up. I do still get the occasional spot when it is that time of the month but it is seriously 1 or 2 tiny spots and they disappear quickly. Due to the each wipe being individually wrapped they are always fresh despite having no added preservatives. They were also easily packed for a 2 day trip and in my purse for touch-ups.After this I decided to try to 60 Ct wipes because you get more bang for your buck and there is less environmental waste compared to the individually wrapped wipes. These wipes come altogether in one package with a screw on lid plus an interior cover. The pads material is similar to the individual wipes except they are smooth on one side and “bumpy” on the other, much like the old Oxy Acne pads were. It felt a little bit more scratchy but that is actually good for topical exfoliating and still didn’t irritate my cheeks as long as I take care not to wipe too hard. The smell was slightly different then the individual wipes but after a few days they smelled the same to me as the other wipes. I also ordered the Hyrosol toner so I could use it and choose what kind of pad to use with it.To me the toner has the strongest vanilla scent of the 3 products and all 3 are made exactly the same so perhaps it is just the delivery method (spray vs pad). I use the toner in the morning on a soft plain cotton pad and then use the “bumpy” pads in the evening for some exfoliating and to ensure I remove any environmental build-up on my skin. Again, I do not use any of these products on my eye area as I have a special type of wipes for this however the few times I was tired and went over my eye area I felt no issues.I do notice if I am having a mild Roscea flare (caused by certain food products I eat or very dry hot air on my skin) that I can a very VERY mild sting and some redness while using the wipes but the sting lasts for a second only as I am wiping and the redness calms down within minutes and doesn’t last for hours or days like it normally does with Rosacea. I put this down the sensitivity of my skin (even water can make it sting) as well as the PH of the apple cider, witch hazel and tea tree oil. At the end of the day I would not stop using the wipes because of this – I simply know to put the Ivermectin cream on in conjunction with the wipes if I am having some redness. *****Please keep in mind I have not had any real flare-ups with my Rosacea since using the wipes so anyone who is in the middle of a very bad flare may find some irritation or stinging if they apply it while the skin is really red and inflamed which I think most products not specifically geared towards Rosacea will do during a bad flare****I will be sticking to this current routine of the toner in the a.m and the pads in the p.m and I also ordered more individual wraps to carry in my purse for touch-ups on hot summer days and for travelling. The only cons I can see anyone having with these products are:- the “mild” apple cider scent (some people may be more sensitive to it than others) but in reality to get the benefits of the apple cider without added fragrance, additives or preservatives there isn’t really any way around it and for myself I love it- the potential for spoiling/contamination with the 60 ct wipes because no preservatives are used and it is an open container vs the closed toner and wrapped wipes but again that is a risk with any natural product and if handled properly shouldn’t be an issue. I have been using these for over a month with no issues at all.As for customer service - after my first purchase I received an email from the maker of the wipes asking if I was satisfied. I gave my honest feedback which was positive but did mention that the smell was a bit different for the 60 ct wipes and they refunded me the cost! I was surprised (pleasantly) because I was happy with my purchase and since then each time I order they reply quickly and honestly. I am very impressed with their customer service and how they took my feedback into consideration for future product development. So at the end of the day I highly recommend any of the Apple Cider products from the Hello Cider line for people with skin like mine. As with any facial product everyone is different so try a “test” spot on your skin to make sure you don’t have a reaction to any of the natural ingredients (natural doesn’t mean allergy/sensitivity free).A++++ all aroundI will try to add some pictures of the products later

Best brand!!!
There are a few different ACV toners available on Amazon but by far this one is our favorite. My teen daughters have wayyy decreased major breakouts since starting this. I also use this on my mature skin and it works to keep my complexion clear also without over drying me. Now, we stay on subscription!

Noticeable difference in skin tags
I purchased this product because it contained the ingredients that help reduce skin tags I read the reviews and skin tags weren't mentioned but I took a chance based on the ingredients. I have used the pads for less than a week and I can already see the difference. My face feels refreshed and cleaner. I do agree with reviews that the apple cider smell is stronger than I would prefer in a face care product but the benefits I see in a short amount of time are worth it. I am happy with the results. Especially in reducing my skin tags.

Balance and Clean
I wanted to try the product a bit before giving a review. Ordered mid April. The product smells like a mild hint of vinegar but after apply it doesn't linger to me. Unfortunately at this age I still get acne and this product has helped a great deal my face is clear. I use a face soap that leaves my face stripped and ashy but after I swipe the pad from this product it bring back the balance/ moisture and my face look clean, bright and health. It pulls the remain dirt from my face after washing using my hands. Great after workouts, later afternoon and after work... I have oil skin. Also when the weather was hotter for a few days using the product stop me from getting acne. Easy to use, convenient and glad I took a chance and purchased. I also love the ingredients. Will continue to purchase and recommend. Oh, it also travels well.

I Love The Product But I'm An Honest Shopper...
Look, I want to start out by saying that I do like this product. I know what you're saying, "Then what the Helsinki are we talking about here with the 3 stars?" I like it, but it doesn't suit me or my skin. Are you a teen struggling with bouts of acne? Maybe you're an adult with an occasional spot or a few pimples here and there? Have normal, not sensitive skin and wanting a little less of those artificial chemicals in your skin care? Dope, good for you. It's your lucky day because this product will work for you; click off, now. But if you fall outside of these drawn lines, come along with me.I have butt-skin. What is butt-skin you ask? It's when a person's skin decides it hates you and acts like a butt by causing unsightly pimples everywhere. But I digress. Anyways, I have blackheads and small, red pimples on my face. I need a little abrasion and that is my persuasion. 👏👏👏These pads do not have any abrasive capabilities. Am I saying that's necessarily bad? I guess it's a matter of perspective, but I personally expect a good texture to my face scrubber. This feels less abrasive than a cottonball. I actually now use a cottonball and a different brand on my face (which have worked better for me). Maybe I'll mention it, maybe I won't.I won't.Also, the smell isn't that bad. I say this, but I like vinegar. It's far better than I thought the smell would be, but do not get this...don't even entertain this is you are triggered at all by the smell of vinegar. It's a mixture of vinegar and herbs, which is fairly. Though, my husband complained about it often.Ultimately, it was the fact my acne got worse and I had to wash my face more, is why I decided to stop using the product. Maybe my skin is too oily or my PH is too far off to balance out properly (I have no idea, just work with me here...It's been a long pandemic). Yeah, it was the fact more blackheads showed up and feeling like I had to wash my face sooner using it was what called it, for me. I feel like this is not a product for certain skin types and I really wish it was listed or looked into.Oh, oh! Hey, I also wanted to mention that I have sensitive skin (again) and didn't have any big issues with the vinegar making my skin turn colors. Usually, I have this issue and it gets distinctly red. Look it up on the interwebs, it can get red and puffy. Not just me...there are others who's bodies suck at life. Gah. But, yeah, wasn't too harsh on my skin and I was pretty surprised. So, that is a plus.
