My cat just chewed through my second one! He never chews on cords, but he’s ruined 2 of them now. I’m going to try calling the company.

I saw something about aroma therapy. I have allergies and don’t want a fragrance. Does this have a fragrance/aroma?

I have not noticed any fragrance or aroma. It is filled with flax seed and as far as I can tell (and I just checked the box/info) nothing else. I really enjoy mine.

We bought this product last year, but now it does not work today. May you send me a replacement?

Mine stopped working too. Turned out to be the plug in for the unit. I used one from another mask I had.
