Works!
Worked for my family. I saw little thread worms when I changed my son’s diaper. We used for all our family. 1 bottle for each (2) adult and the last bottle for 3 kids. Great value for a family!

Two months later, I can say it worked with certainty but you have to treat the entire family, twice and sterilize your house
It's been 6 to 8 weeks without a repeat incident of pin worm so this does work. Our pediatrician prescribed Albendazole but that medicine, even with out great insurance, is $50.00 per person and it requires two treatments so really $100.00 per person, $500 for my family. I spent around $40.00 total on Reese's pinworm medicineEverything I read says you have to treat ever family member at exactly the same time and follow up with a second treatment two weeks later. Eggs take up to two weeks to hatch so if there are eggs present in the body they will hatch (if they are not eliminated) and the cycle will start all over. Also, pinworms can remain on sheets and carpets for up to two weeks. You absolutely have to wash and sterilize everything the day of treatment. I washed sheets every single day and towels every single day for the two weeks. To this day, no one is sharing a towel and I'm still washing them after single use. I have little kids so I had to harp on everyone to wash their hands constantly, especially before eating. I mopped floors more often and used a cleaning solution with bleach on the countertops. After one child was in the bath tub, I wiped it down with clorox. It may have been overkill but I did not want to deal with a repeat incident.I've seen questions on how long you would expect to see dead worms in your bowel movements. Unfortunately, for a long time, I think it was about 10 days.I also used on a child under two. Her weight was off just by a few pounds and I talked to the pharmacist about it and he said it was okay and my pediatrician also said it was okay.I'm also nursing and again, I was cleared to take this stuff.I hardly ever review stuff but I don't want some out there having to deal with repeat incidents. Consider this a public service announcement.

CRITICAL INFO THAT YOU MUST KNOW!!!
Here is a full explanation of the pros and cons of this product. The reason it gets both good and bad reviews is because it permanently resolves the issue for many people, but the issue keeps recurring for many others! When my son brought the problem from school, our entire family took a doze of this product. His symptoms went away and never recurred! 6 weeks later however I was struck by the same issue. We all took a doze again, but 6 weeks later it happened to me again. Researching the issue, I learned that it helps to take a follow-up doze after two weeks in order to prevent recurrence. 8 weeks after the follow up doze however the issue happened again. Not only did I vigorously follow all hygiene requirements, but I took five dozes of this medication with two weeks between each doze. 8 weeks after the last doze the issue has recurred again. This time I knew that in my case this medication is unable to stop the cycle. I finally went to the doctor and asked for a prescription medication called Mebendazole. I was shocked to learn that it used to cost $5 but in recent years the price has increased to over $1000 for each tablet. Not willing to pay this outrageous price, I did further research and found that the same exact brand name tablets could be bought from online Canadian pharmacies for $6 per tablet. I found a legitimate pharmacy northwestpharmacy.com that required a written prescription, and purchased a small pack of tablets for $6 each. After taking one, and a second one (follow up doze) after two weeks, and waiting for a half a year I finally know that the problem is solved!!! BOTTOM LINE: Reese's liquid medicine has a nasty taste and gives mild stomach discomfort, but it can be obtained quickly without a prescription, solves the problem in the short term, but may not be able to solve it in the long term.Mebendazole tablet has no taste, gives no stomach discomfort, works immediately and solves the problem for good, but it takes a while to obtain.

This works 100% better than prescription meds
If your kids or anyone in the household has Pinworns this medication is he only med you need! I have been through this problem with both my kids most likely more because they suck their thumbs and they are more prone to ingesting it this way. I took my daughter to the doctor and they prescribe her Albenza which is the only prescription at the moment for Pinwoms. she completed her first and second dose and still had it at the end of the treatment. And yes everyone at home got treated as well as washed everything she came in contact with twice a week in hot water as well as wiping surfaces down with clorox. I desperately searched online for any over the counter product to help eliminate it. I came across this item and had her try it and I can assure you that this product did its job very efficiently and better than the prescription. If you read this and are thinking of getting it but are doubtful dont waste any time with doctors and high copay for the prescription and go for it. as a mother of 2 kids who i have been through it 3 times with them I can assure it 100% this works!

It works.
Be patient it will take a few bottles to work. It took me 6 bottles to clear me up, taking it every 10 days. It works very quickly too. The taste is not bad, tolerable. If it comes back again, this will be my go to!
