Well packaged and well made, easy enough to assemble, all parts lined up and all screws fitted without any problems, the chair is very comfortable with a lumbar support and headrest, the arms have vertical adjustment as does the tilt, a very good item for the price, I've seen similar chairs for three or four times the price, very happy with this chair.

It is sturdy and quite comfy whilst being firm and supportive. On the downside I find the lumbar support is forever slipping back down to the lowest position.

This is an amazing quality chair. I was stuck between a decision of going for a gaming chair or an office style chair and I’m glad I went for this, apparently lots of the gaming style companies just use the same design and they aren’t really made for support they just literally made to look good on streaming videos.The chair is nice and heavy so you don’t move around on the floor, The three different selections of a back angle is perfect. The only downside is the lower back support, like everyone else is saying it’s just a piece of plastic which creates a curve in the fabric mesh. After a while this lumbar support gave me a lower back pain so I had to hacksaw it off, but now the chair is even comfier.If you are looking to get an office chair because you always sit down and you want as much support as possible, consider getting this chair. It’s not too hard to put together, And you do feel like a Don when you’re sitting in it

Purchased this item November 2021.The back broke away from the seat.Beware of these types of chairs where the back is only fixed on by the centre back fixing where the arms do not support the back.

This chair is absolutely brilliant. As soon as I opened the box I could tell it was made of quality materials. It's super comfortable and made to a high standard. The only slight downside I found is the head rest adjustment is the best. Having tried several office chairs and been disappointed finally found this one highly recommended
