Brilliant little book
I bought this having discovered the accompanying website videos. There is tons of common sense, some nice recipes, and especially a realistic programme of exercise which for me presented the right level of challenge. The gentle first week, and gradual building up, were really motivating. After 4 weeks I was so encouraged to be able to embark on the « advanced programme ».There is an analysis to do at the start and again at the end of 4 weeks. In most categories I’d made progress 🙌. The range of exercises for each session is very balanced, and I recognised the theory behind some of them from previous experience of Pilates and stretching classes.I thoroughly recommend!

Great plan
Sensible, inspiring and common sense advice throughout. The recipes are fab, the plan is easy to follow and the exercise routines are varied and explained well. This works and I would recommend to anyone wanting to get healthy, fit and lose a few pounds. Rosemary and Mary are legends.

I am so glad that this has been published in book form as I am old school and like a good book. This is rosemary at her best, it does seem that it is based on her original best seller the 1980s hip and thigh diet, but really up to date, which is not a bad thing as it really worked and hopefully will work for me again. Most of the recipes can be made into vegetarian/vegan. I made the vegetarian cottage pie last night and it was delicious cannot wait to try something else. There are also exercises at the back of the book along with trial dieters testimonial.
