functionality and proper functioning
I absolutely cannot pull a copy from my printer when the command is given from my smartphone.

Does not print reliably
The product is inferior to its predecessor and does not feel solid due to the cheap plastic used. But worse, in 50% of the cases, it won't scan or print a document without an error (Win11). The drivers are horrible...The printer, despite being cheap, is not worth the money. I would recommend buying the 8000 series or another brand!

Good print quality and great features
Ok, I was a little skeptical about making this purchase, however I have no regrets. The features are great, the price was definitely worth it and wasn't too much either considering this is from the Office PRO series.Works well on my Mac, Windows, Android and iOS devices over WiFi. The double sided prints and scans are an absolute blessing. Highly recommend this product.
