Awesome texture
Love these noodles! they have a pleasant chewiness, making them perfect for southeast asian stir fries and robust enough to hold up in a soup/broth.Made pad kee mao with these last night and tasted restaurant quality.Miles better than anything yo ucan get in mainstream supermarkets.

Easy and tasty
Boil making sure the pieces separate drain. Shock in cold water if stir frying. I like to mix a little sesame oil and soy sauce through while it's still hot, and serve right away with an egg or some tofu, and scallions

Great noodles for pad see ew
Lovely noodles for thai dishes. I prefer to soak in room temp water for a couple of hours, drain and stir fry, then add more water as needed to get the right texture. Works perfectly with these.
