Are these 4 pencils of different colors as shown or are they black?

black lead...not colored pencils

My order only came with 3 pencils, what am I supposed to do?

Let amazon know or the seller so they can either send you one or you may have to return and re-order.

I have read that we should pull out the eraser to insert new lead but it is very hard to remove the eraser. Any advice?

I use a medium sized safety pin to remove the eraser when it gets too small to get a grip on it with my fingernails. Any strong needle will do the same. Just push the needle into the eraser at an angle and wiggle it out.

What is country of origin?

I believe Bic is a French company, and the photos show the product packaging to be English/French. Could a French company outsource its manufacturing to China? Possibly, why not ask Bic?
