This was such a sad purchase. It arrives vacuum sealed and crammed into a tiny little bag. When you take it out and lay it flat to expand, it doesn't ever retain a normal shape. You end up with a bent neck monstrosity. It is also not soft at all - it's rough and very unpleasant feeling. I'm surprised this fabric was used to make a stuffed animal actually. If it would get in shape, I'd at least keep it in the baby room as a decorative item but it's not so it's utterly useless.

Very lovely alpaca. The only two negative points I have is that I had/have to remove quite a few small plastic particles and that it doesn't stand on its own unless you do something like sticking the back feet in between something. Other than that, I am in love with this alpaca, it's almost as cute as a real one

This plush toy is super cute! Not very soft and packaging is very basic (stuffed inside a sealed plastic) but still worths the money.
