and it works like a dream
I used these to start fodder for my chickens, and it works like a dream. I got a set with holes and a set without so I can stack them and avoid spillage, but if using outside you wouldn't need them. Light weight plastic, it feels flimsy, and if you don't hold them evenly when they are ful you might have some bending problems. Overall a great buy.

Great for Microgreens
I use these on my deck and indoors to plant micro greens and cat (oat or barley) grass, plus trays to hold multiple seedling pods. They offer drainage through slits, so soil doesn't escape the way it does with holes. They are just the right size and sturdy enough for plenty of re-planting.
