Yes, it does. The set is very functional and delicate.

Q: Why does the video show wine being poured into an empty glass accompanied by the sound of a glass of ice being filled with liquid?

For me it is one or the other, the set i received was too small to do both.

Q: How many ounces does the decanter and the cups hold?

It's very small...but good for sipping dessert wines...glasses hold maybe 3-4 oz?
