Mixed review
The 5 stars I gave are based entirely on value for the money. The quality deserves a 1 or 2 stars. The board is very flemsey and the T-square does not slide or lock evenly. The adjustable 45 degree triangle is far from accurate. If you are looking for a board to do serious/accurate drawings, my suggestion is to buy a better quality board and buy the triangle tools etc. separately. WHY the 5 stars? As I said, Value for the money. You can't beat the price. As they say, "You get what you pay for".

Its amazing and does exactly as it is supposed to
For the price it can't be beat. I don't require high end equipment yet this is the most high end thing I have in my arsenal now. I LOVE it. It does EVERYTHING I need it to do.

Usable but not a really good one
Everything was find except it is difficult to keep the attached ruler straight. It should be good for school or hobbies purpose but not for a professional drawing.

Broke
My ruler is broken. I want to trade it for s unbroken one.

A wood board would be better.
Very disappointing. Sliding ruler is not usable. Support legs are flimsy and won't stay in place. The markings are clear but overall, a wooden board propped up with a book or two would serve much better than this (and likely, similar) products. This product is worth (at most) $16 and not $48 to $50.

It costs less, but…
It’s too bad that this mechanical drawing set was not satisfactory. It had a couple more pieces than the more expensive set, but the main ruler didn’t stay put, so I couldn’t really trust it to draw a straight line. Other reviewers said the same thing. I had to pay twice as much to get the set that satisfied my needs, but it was well worth it.

Well built great for hobby artist
Work from board top or lap. I use 95 lb paper. Sliding rule may require pressing twice on right tab to stabilize. While I work freehand these simple tools make measurements much easier -- especially with stabilized ruler. .
