Handy and a good shelf life. I use it a variety of recipes other that just sushi or sashimi.

People are saying their product is expired but it is not expired. The expiration year is listed first followed by month and then day. So for example if you expiration date is April 20, 2021 it would read 21-04-20. So it is not expired this is a great tasting wasabi and wonderful with the sushi I buy.
