Excellent supplement. Recommended by my functional health doctor. These are awesome.

After a few months of using this supplement, my lab test results showed an increase in Vitamin D from 25ng to 84ng. I have no other supplements of this kind to compare to but this one has proven to be very effective.

For the high price this should have MK-7 not MK-4. Too pricey for what you get. I am changing to Integrative Therapeutics. They use MK 7 & D3 cholecalciferol and the price is much more reasonable. They’re B complex is outstanding.
