No, our Cacao Powder is not raw. The beans are briefly roasted for flavor development and food safety purposes. While the exact processing details are proprietary, we are happy to report that it is gentle enough to preserve the valuable flavanols and other polyphenols that help made cacao the superfood it is! Great stuff.

Really good stuff and great as a hot drink full of anti-oxidants when you first wake up. By itself it’s butter however, so is best mixed with a bit of honey for a low-cal healthy morning wake-me-up.

Very good "cacao" product. Worth a try if you want to replace coffee.

Actual "cacao" (NOT cocoa) powder that blends well and tastes even better (for unsweetened cacao, that is). I got it to replace coffee and for its health benefits. I prefer this over "cocoa" powders for reasons you can google. The overall texture is very nice and flavor is not too bitter, even without sugars, which surprised me. I will be drinking this one from now on.
