Using this for years. Very pricey but worth it. Don’t like my Santeria jug because the top part that tells you when to change filter never has work. However I love the taste of the water

I purchased the “classic” pitcher along with a box of refills, from a local Health Food store at least 7 years ago. Because of various apartment issues, I only began using the Pitcher in October 2022. I LOVE it ! I have a good friend who has the Kangen water system in all her homes. I love that water. As soon as I setup the Pitcher in October, I called her and raved about how great the taste was, and that it was equal to the taste of Kangen water. She said that that was really good to know. I was about to use my last filter, a few weeks ago, and I went to the Health Food store where I had purchased it. They did not have the white filters, only a different larger blue model. I decided to check with Amazon, and happily, I was able to purchase A 3pack of the white model. I highly recommend this product.

I like these but there are definitely times that it doesn't work. I feel like I have to rinse and shake the filter quite often. I like the idea of these filters and they work for now.

My friend gave me a Santevia water pitcher and researched the heck out of all these kind of water systems. Santevia is rated much higher than any other system. So, I just had to buy the filters and they work great! he only issue I have is with Amazon promising 2 day delivery and as soon as you pay for your item, they change it to 3 days. Not a huge deal, cut sometimes I purchase knowing I will get it in 2 days. Don't promise 2 day delivery and not follow through!

Our city water has such a chlorine smell, so I wanted to filter the tap water before drinking. My naturopathic doctor recommended this pitcher and filters because it removes some of the chemicals in tap water plus makes it alkaline, which is supposed to have health benefits. It does remove all of the chemical smells from my water and increases the Ph of the water to 7.5, which is alkaline. Makes great tasting water and crystal clear ice cubes. Love that the filter lasts 60 days vs the 2 weeks with a Brita filter.

I love my santevia filter. But I don't like that the jug is too big for our fridge. But it's good quality alkaline water and not too expensive.

I bought a three pack of these filters. The first two worked great and the water tasted remarkably good. The third filter that I just put in few days ago is not tasting good at all! I have re run it under water, shaken it as instructed and have used several pitchers of water to discard as instructed to get rid of the particles. I mean to inform the company via email about this third filter. UPDATE: My complaint above was addressed and dealt with very shortly after I posted this. Customer Service rep Graeme responded and suggested I do a few trobleshooting thngs to see what the prohlem might be. When I did the things suggrestd to rectify my problem and still couldnt get the waer to taste excellent like it did with the first two filters I was sent an new filter within 2 days. This new filter delivered on exceptionally good tasting water and I am very pleased about this. It is great to have a company that really cares about their customers. I highly recommed this company and their products.

I’ve been using this water filter for over a year and it’s just wonderful, tastes like you’re drinking straight from the source of freshness. I use it for everything, including coffee, and I can definitely taste a beautiful difference. It’s really cost effective too and tastes better than any bottled water I bought so far.
