I purchased this combo due to its good reviews and clean appearance. I would say it was a good and credible product; however, I did not expect that after 45 days, I would experience keyboard lag and delays even if both the mouse and keyboard were fully charged.

The keyboard is not fully functional with Mac. The function key and volume key if to be specific.

You deserve it. Srsly. As far as physical goods and products go, it usually takes some really good design for me to come back and write a review this long after purchasing. But that's the point: now is the time when you really *should* be requested to leave a review to encourage genuine feedback after a reasonable period of use; a key factor in purchasing products like this. So here I am: EIGHT MONTHS LATER. This combo is DYNAMITE. Great value, quality construction and durability, excellent battery life of both the mouse and keyboard (rechargeable via USB-C, which I've only done two or three times I recall - and charge through plus position of the charging port on the mouse mean you can continue using), super easy to switch between Mac/PC keyboard hot keys and such, clicks and clacks of both are quiet AND, neither look like they were designed by a Windows 95 era PC designer.

I used the iClever GK08 wireless keyboard and mouse for 9 months and was very pleased with the product. It has a premium look and feel, which I found quite impressive. Unfortunately, after some time, a few keys stopped working. While this can happen with any electronic device, iClever truly values its customers. They provided detailed troubleshooting steps and tried to resolve the issue. When it couldn't be fixed, they offered a full refund immediately after confirming the problem. I was really impressed by iClever's support and follow-up.

I’m not paid for reviews and I’m vicious. I believe that 90% of what we purchase with disposable income. For business I do everything on a laptop. I needed a remote mouse and keyboard. I couldn’t have it taking up two ports so I bought the only clever combo here. When I got it, it worked amazingly off the bat. I love that it came with a cover over the keyboard as well. I love how sleek it is, how sharp the lines are and I don’t have to press hard on the keys at all. In fact, the keys are exceptionally quiet. After five weeks, the mouse quit working. I reached out to customer support and advise, said I could no longer return this to Amazon, and I wanted their help. Well, let me tell you, I have never had better Customer Service! Not only did they reach out quickly, they were apologetic, sent me another mouse (which also didn’t work) and they were empathetic over my issues because this was for work. They gave me a credit for the mouse that didn’t work. And always stayed in communication. I had one person, Rachel, with him to deal. She was amazing! When I advise, the second mouse wasn’t working, I asked them to just send me another unit the whole thing. They were apologetic and said absolutely. Well to my chagrin, I have to email them back and say it’s user error! I offered to give back the credit and send the extra mouse back at my cost. They elected to bypass both. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the quality of this item both! Thank you Rachel for all of your hard work!!
