Walden FarmsHoney Barbecue Sauce - 340g

Not all Walden Farm products are something I'd recommend, but this BBQ sauce if very good. It has a good taste, it's thick, and it's a far healthier option than regular sauces. I use it often as a sauce for my shrimp cocktail instead of other cocktail sauces. My only issue with my last order, was that I received a bottle that expired 4 months ago and had to discard it. I tried to start a return but was told it's not returnable. Luckily I reached out to Amazon and THEY at least refunded my money, so I appreciate that.

Tastes like a typical zero-calorie sauce, a little bland and a slight odd tang from the zero-calorie sweeteners. Will be acceptable if you are used to non-sugar sweeteners but using it on the same meal with weight watchers and non-weight watchers eating it is a non-starter. Add 3-4T of honey, and it will pass for both eaters, but then it is just a low-calorie BBQ sauce at 8-10 cal/tablespoon when a typical lower-calorie sauce is 15-20, a high-calorie sauce is 25-30.

It’s okay, not really a fan of this flavour. Also it’s a bit too thin for BBQ sauce.

Hard to believe this sauce has zero calories. It has a great sweet and smokey flavour. I thought maybe I only liked it when I was dieting (almost everything tastes good when I'm starving); but I tried it while eating normal food and it STILL tasted yummy. So yeah.But very expensive, so use it judiciously.

I've found this to be a very pleasant tasting sauce for use on a low carb diet.It is never going to taste as good as a full sugar/carb version (I'm not sure what they put in it to make it calorie free!) however it tastes pretty good and is fine for flavouring sandwiches or a Joe Wicks build up bagel!The product is a little thin so be warned when pouring it for the first time or young end up with a little more sauce in your plate than you'd wanted.
