Love this supplement! Been taking last couple months 30-60 mins before my workouts, weights and cardio! I am a 25 year old female, 5’3” 115 lbs and I take two a day, I have tried three but didn’t notice much of a difference. I have noticed that although this supplement gives me great pump on certain occasions it has made me fatigued quicker during my weight training sesh... my thought on this is I had such a great pump that I lifted to my maximum and became fatigued quicker as a result... but this has only happened on a couple occasions while using this. My veins on my arms are looking awesome lately I am really impressed, I don’t hear to many ladies out there looking to gain big veins but I find it attractive and an attribute of being physically fit! This supplement has helped me consistently bump up my weights in the gym after being stuck on a plateau for quite some time not able to lift heavier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to supplement their workouts with something cheap, effective and without all the garbage fillers and sugars in most workout supplements on the market today.I have also used this supplement in the past when completing a month long parasite cleanse. I would take two X2 a day and this helped detox ammonia from the die off of the parasites and help me get some sleep. I started to use this product a few months ago. I believe it does help you to optimize your sleep. I am also using it because I lift weights and do Level 2 Cardio. I will continue to use this product.

Started with a headache for a week. 2nd week--I have this itchy rash on my neck, then it's spreading to my chest, now creeping behind my right ear.But seeing how this is a urea "detox"... tells me must be working? As it could've been a herx reaction.. because I'm highly acidic and definatly have some levels of ammonia... so I can't be like THIS IS DANGEROUS BLAH BLAH BLAH.. BECAUSE what is dangerous is that we are all walking around, ticking time bombs meanwhile half of them are eatting hohos, Ramen noodles, hotdogs, and any and every carbs, bread, refined sugar they can get their hands on. And I have had this soft spot(MY BELLY) for SWEETS. I need this stuff. So until it starts closing my throat then I'll stop.

I use this supplement as part of a pre-workout stack. Some believe it can help produce nitric oxide in the body. Some say they can "feel" it, and that may be true. I combine it with other amino acids and supplements. This is a great brand for value and quality. I have purchased lots of NOW brand supplements.
