Avery Mini Binder Filler Paper for 3 Ring Binders or 7 Ring Binders, College Ruled, 5.5" x 8.5", 100 Sheets (14230)

I had a hard time locating this size notebook paper. This is a perfect fit for my binder.

I am not in the business of making paper, printing the lines and machining the holes so I cannot be the one to say what should be and could be. The paper is good quality, it’s not that paper that when you start erasing it shreds up lol. I like to use ball point ink pens and paper mate fine point markers for bible study and the paper doesn’t bleed. My only issue is the lining of the holes. The holes are not aligned with the rings in the binder making it hard to turn pages. But I can still write my study notes so I won’t complain. The price is good and the shipment as well. This I am rating this order 5 stars because of the quality of the paper over the holes. I pray they start getting it right so I can order again but for now, I probably won’t order anytime soon.

Perfect for journals or recipes

It fits perfectly and I'm already adding things to the pages. I love the side sleeve at the back and I kept the front page of the package there with the picture and info on it.

This is exactly the size I was looking for, however... The holes aren't even 😫 I had bought some loose binder rings (the 3 prong kind) and they can't reach one of the holes. It's a good 2mm off which is significant enough that the rings can't reach. It's only one hole that's off. The rest are perfectly aligned. I can still see it working with a basic mini binder but I was disappointed on my end. Past that. It's nice paper at a good price.

I was very pleased with this paper, especially considering how inexpensive it was. It was everything the description said it was. If you use fine-tip Sharpie markers as I like to do, it's better if you only write on one side, but there is less bleed through than I thought there would be. I like the Sharpie markers because they are easy to see, but they do seem to bleed through pretty much everything except maybe index cards (which I also like to use for that reason). If you use a regular pen, however, then you just get a shadow on the other side. The ink doesn't bleed through, but because you are pressing into the page when you write with the pen, there can be the indentation of the writing on the backside of the page. But I usually prefer just to write on one side anyway, so this isn't a problem for me. On the other hand, if you want to write on both sides of the page, then you might want to find something thicker, which here would most likely mean punching your own paper (watercolor or sketch paper would be good choices, I would think) since there's not that much choice out there for 7-hole paper in this smaller than the normal 8.5x11 inch size. Considering the price I paid, I thought this was a very good value.

This paper is perfect for my planner/journal. My planner pages have empty lines—and I want them that way— now that I am retired. No hourly schedules in my planner. I fill the pages the way I want. To-do lists, affirmations, course notes, whatever I want. Yes, I have to write the dates and section headings on each page, but I want to: I like the way my writing looks, I like being able to put the info where I want it, and I like the mental exercise of remembering each date as I write it. The pages are perfect for my journal, too. I am left-handed and can pop each sheet out of my binder, write my entry, and return the sheet to the binder without struggling with the bound edge in most journals. These pages free me to write. And each page is strong; my gel ink does not bleed through. Let the new year come. My planner/journal is ready.

Have you tried getting paper like this in the UK? Prompt delivery, although Avery stuff is a bit on the expensive side.

Purchased to use in my mini binder that holds my work notes. This paper package was new when it arrived, standard glue seal on package and the paper was ready to use once I opened it up. The lined paper looks to be about the same as a regular lined paper... as in spacing to write on. Paper is a little thicker than standard lined paper, but that is only a texture thing. Holes are already punched, so they can be used and inserted into the binder right away.
