This works perfectly for my HP laptop. Although it needs atleast 65w power source or it wont work.

Charges my 45W-rated HP laptop
Perfect. Not compatible with Xiaomi Poco X3 's 60W fast charging. But that is expected since Xiaomi uses proprietary charging voltages and currents. Works as advertised, compact, hefty-feeling, great substitute for my 3 power bricks that I don't have to carry around everywhere anymore.

Davvero comodo e funzionale per HP
Niente dire.
